I purchased the "luseta curl enhancing conditioner". I've been using this for years & I normally buy in store. Saw a good price here & tried it out. Unfortunately, the product isn't even the same, and is unusable. They still charged me for opening it, even though I have to throw out the conditioner, and then charged me to restock this garbage even though its a fraud product. They even tried to charge me for shipping it back, and didn't refund shipping it to me. Just for buying a fraud product and returning it, overall I paid 40% just to have nothing...

I ordered some shampoos at a cheaper price compared to a lot of other places, shipping was great and provided updates on shipment, but the packaging of the shampoo bottles were literally just tape on the top of the dispenser with minimal wrapping sheets. which obviously would leak. not too happy with that.

Item arrived a week earlier than expected, which was perfect in time for Christmas. Great price and service!
