Its rapid anti-yellow action allows you to prepare the bases to obtain platinum and ultra platinum effects. Applied on ultra light bases with porous hair it could leave blue-violet effects. HOW TO USE: 3 minutes of application: neutralizes and gives a natural cold effect. 5 minutes of application: neutralizes by giving icy reflections. more than 5 minutes of application: neutralizes by leaving light blue reflections.
