 HOW TO USE: In a non-metallic bowl, mix toner and developer in a 1:2 ratio using 6 or 10 parts. Apply to damp or dry hair. Works in 5 minutes or less. For deeper pigment, process up to 15 minutes. To minimize color buildup, change ratio to 1:3 or 1:4. Shampoo and rinse thoroughly.
